How It Works

1. Sign up and schedule your onboarding call.
2. Meet 1:1 with our setup specialist to plan your site and confirm any branding needs.
3. Provide your materials (text, photos, publications, people list, etc.) so we can prepare your content.
4. We build and launch your site, ensuring everything is functional and compliant.
5. Take over easily once it’s live using the same visual editor available in the Independent Plan.

Payment Details

The Assisted Plan requires a $997 setup fee, paid upfront. Of this, $100 is non-refundable. The subscription fee will not begin until your website is complete and published. If after 30 days you have not provided the necessary content or access for setup, we may start monthly billing at our discretion.

Support and Learning

Access training videos and step-by-step documentation that walk you through editing pages, managing people and publications, and publishing news. If you need additional help, priority email support will get you direct assistance from from one of our experts.

Terms

You will pay your setup fee up front. $100 of that fee is non-refundable. After your 1-on-1 onboarding appointment, you must provide timely access to all the materials our team will need to build your site. We will not begin the monthly charge until your website is complete and published. If after 30 days we do not see sufficient effort on your part to progress the project, we may, at our discretion, begin monthly billing. Minimum 6-month commitment.

If a site has not launched within a year and there is no activity advancing toward a launch, then we will consider the project abandoned and delete it.
